UK DELIVERY

All items are sent by Royal Mail to UK addresses 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note that customers outside of the UK may be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Any items that are refused by customs for any reasons will be returned to us and a refund of your order processed.

GIFTS

If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like to keep it a secret, we can send it out in unbranded packaging so as not to spoil the surprise, just leave a message at checkout.

RETURNS

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for a refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, boxes and tags must be included with your return. We also request that you please fill out and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery. 

Please note that no refunds or exchanges can be given on made to measure or custom orders.

You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return. If you have any queries regarding your return, please contact us.
